An opportunity has arisen to join a National Training Provider with over 25 years experience in the trade to become one of the UK’s largest and most experienced providers of Government funded welfare to work and skills training programmes with branches placed UK wide. They have gained IIP & Matrix accreditations and have now embarked on expansion once again. You should be a strong team player who can deliver under pressure carrying a caseload of between 35-40 candidates within the sectors of Business Administration & Customer Service to Level 3 and have experience although not essential to deliver Key Skills to level 2.

Candidates of choice will be totally customer and quality focused, possess a ‘can do’ attitude with business acumen as well as the having the following role-specific non-negotiables;

Qualified at D32/D33 or A1 in the occupational areas of Business Administration, Customer Service with at least 2 years experience in WBL including Full Modern Apprenticeship’s with a commitment to travel around Weston Super Mare & surrounding areas. You’ll be a consummate professional, passionate about people development and focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers. Organisation skills and efficiency with a hardworking background as well as the determination to move forward with your career

Remuneration in the region of £18-21K Dependent upon Experience, along with a Performance Related Bonus, Pension Scheme, Childcare vouchers, the latest business tools, a generous mileage allowance and holiday entitlement.
